Clear answers / careful comparisons

Start with the work. Keep the evidence.

Use these answers alongside the guides and checklist to compare software on the same practical questions. When evidence falls short, keep the gap open and follow up.

QUESTION 01

What is TradeStack AI?

TradeStack AI publishes independent software guides for trade businesses. The guides organize comparisons around real work, such as scheduling, dispatch, field use, customer follow-up, and total costs. They are meant to help you ask consistent questions and assess fit, not to replace your own review of a vendor’s current documentation and terms.

QUESTION 02

How should I use a guide when I compare software demos?

Use the same checklist questions and job scenarios with each provider. For a plumbing scheduling demo, ask every provider to show what happens when an urgent call arrives during a full day, when a technician becomes unavailable, and when a visit needs a return appointment after parts are identified. Compare how each handles the work, customer and crew communication, and follow-up instead of relying on a feature list alone.

QUESTION 03

What should I record during each demo or quote?

Note the vendor and plan, the demo or quote date, who answered, and the answer to each question. Record the source for each detail, such as a document or page and its URL, plus the date you checked it. Write down unclear terms or unsupported claims as open questions, then assign a follow-up and keep the response with your notes. Use the same record for every provider so the comparison stays useful.

QUESTION 04

Does a source note by itself mean a software claim is verified?

No. A source note shows where a detail was reported; it does not by itself establish that the claim is complete, current, or verified. Check the source against the specific detail, keep the wording close to what it supports, and record when you checked it. If the source does not establish the detail, leave it labeled unverified or unknown and follow up directly.

QUESTION 05

If a guide says “unknown,” does that mean the software lacks the feature?

No. “Unknown” means the available findings did not establish the detail. It is not evidence that a feature, capability, price, or term is absent. Ask the provider and check current material before drawing a conclusion.

QUESTION 06

How are verified recommendations different from unverified information?

A recommendation should be supported by evidence relevant to the stated comparison and the business needs being considered. An unverified detail is a gap to investigate, not support for a recommendation. TradeStack AI keeps unsupported claims and unknowns visible and does not rank or recommend a product when the available evidence does not support that conclusion.

QUESTION 07

How may TradeStack AI earn affiliate compensation?

Qualifying purchases may earn TradeStack AI recurring affiliate commissions. Readers pay software vendors for subscriptions; TradeStack AI does not provide or resell the software described in its guides.

QUESTION 08

Affiliate links are identified, and vendor relationships are disclosed when they have been verified. A software listing by itself does not mean TradeStack AI has a partnership with that vendor, or that a discount or special offer is available.

QUESTION 09

Does this FAQ describe a particular vendor’s offer or price?

No. This FAQ makes no claims about specific vendor offers, discounts, or prices. Ask each provider for current terms in writing and record the source and date before comparing them.
